Sebastian Diaz-Herrera
Sebastian Diaz-Herrera is a Venezuelan-American art historian and recent graduate of Florida State University with a BFA in art history and a minor in museum studies. As a multimedia-specialized scholar, He has presented his written research at symposia and attended multiple conferences, ranging from educational seminars at the Prado Museum in Madrid to the SUNY New Paltz Art History Symposium in New York. Sebastian has worked in both the museum and non-profit space as a gallery assistant at LeMoyne Arts in Tallahassee, Florida, and as a curatorial intern for the Women Photographer's International Archive. Both of these experiences have allowed him to create a broad understanding of how museums operate, how to establish connections between workers and artists, and the ability to hone many field-specialized skills.
